You pay for the work carried out and any parts needed, plus VAT. Attending is never charged on its own, at any hour.
Price before work
The price is given on the call from what you describe. If the door tells a different story on arrival, the change is explained before anything is touched.
Every day, any hour
Emergency cover runs emergency calls are taken 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.; planned work such as lock changes and installations is booked for normal hours, Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm.
